What is your payment structure?

We offer milestone payment system that includes:
Initial Deposit: 50% of one-time payment is due before we begin work;
Final Payment: remaining balance is due upon project completion, just before launch;
Monthly Payment: first month advance payment for hosting

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods.

Are there any additional costs during the development process?

Any additional costs that arise, such as purchasing third-party tools, plugins, or stock images, will be discussed with you upfront. We’ll always make sure you’re aware of any extra expenses before they occur.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of custom work, refunds are generally not offered. However, we do provide revisions during the design phase and work with you closely to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product. If there are issues, we’ll try to resolve them.
